Ingredients:
Foxtail Millets, Proso Millets, Moong Dai, Jeera, Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Salt and Hing.
How to Prepare
- Take 850 to 950 ml of water in vessel and add 200gms of ‘Swadeshi Disha Millets Khichdi Mix’. Now mix well into lump free state.
- Cook it in a pressure cooker for 5 to 7 whistles, allow it to cool.
- Adjust the salt taste and serve hot in bowls with roasted papad.
- If required after cooking add any other liked masala powder to make it into your taste profile.
- Inside pouch is vacuum packed.
- Store in cool and dry place.
- Keep Away from direct sunlight.
