Description
Ingredients:
Kodo Millet, Proso Millet, Urad dal, Citric Acid (INS 330), Raising Agent (INS 500ii), Salt and Fenugreek.
How to Prepare:
- Add 200 to 210 ml of water into 200 gms of ‘Swadeshi Disha Millets Idli’ mix. Now mix it well into smooth batter.
- Keep the mixed batter in a closed vessel & allow it to soak for 5 to 6 mins.
- Mixed batter is steamed in an idli cooker for 10 to 12 mins.
- Serve hot millet idlis with fresh chutney / sambar / ghee.
