Description
Ingredients:
Kodo Millets, Proso Millets, Urad dal, Citric Acid (INS 330), Raising Agent (INS 500ii), Salt and Fenugreek.
How to Prepare:
- Mix one measure of ‘Swadeshi Disha Millets Paddu Mix’ with 210 ml to 220 ml water into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Pour the mixed batter into oiled hot paddu maker, cook with little oil and invert it and continue to crisp the paddus.
- Remove, serve it with chutney and salad.
- In the mix batter, fine chopped onion, green chillies and chopped fresh coriander leaves can be mixed to prepare masala paddus.
- Inside pouch is vacuum packed.
- Store in cool and dry place.
- Keep Away from direct sunlight.
