Ingredients:
Foxtail Millet, Urad Dal, Bengal Gram, Mustard seeds, Turmeric Powder, Cashew, Jeera, Common Salt, Green Chilli Powder, Curry leaves, Dry Ginger Powder, Hing, Oil and Ghee.
How to Prepare:
- Measure ‘Swadeshi Disha Millets Upma Mix’ 1 portion keep it aside.
- Measure 3 portions of water, boil it in pan (1:3).
- Stir the millets upma mix cook for 9 to 10 minutes. Avoid overcooking.
- You can also prepare vegetable upma as per your choice, fry the vegetables in ghee/ cooking oil, and mix boiling water & upma mix, cook for 9 to 10 minutes.
- Serve hot upma with your choice of chutney / Pickle.
- Inside pouch is vacuum packed.
- Store in cool and dry place.
- Keep away from direct sunlight.
